1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or advertising on Adspero ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Account Registration

To place banner ads, you must register a secure Advertiser profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and securing your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Advertising Guidelines & Review Policy

All ad submissions undergo a review process within 24 hours. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any advertisement that violates our guidelines, including but not limited to:

  • Ads promoting illegal substances, unregistered financial schemes, or fraudulent activity.
  • Ads containing adult content, offensive language, hate speech, or defamatory graphics.
  • High-contrast banners that copy platform warnings or deceive users.
  • Incorrect target URLs (broken links, redirects, phishing portals).

If an ad is rejected, the admin will provide a reason. Advertisers may edit and re-submit rejected campaigns in their dashboard.

4. Subscription, Pricing, and Payments

Advertisers choose from predefined billing plans (Starter, Standard, Premium, Elite) which include specified impression ranges. Subscription rates are charged in Nigerian Naira (₦). Rates are exclusive of statutory VAT (7.5%) and platform processing fees (1.5%), which are displayed at the billing preview screen. Payments are completed securely using certified payment pathways. Subscriptions renew monthly or based on selected multi-month packages.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable once an ad campaign has been approved and placed in the category feed. If you wish to cancel an ongoing subscription, you may cancel it in the Billing section of your dashboard. The campaign will remain active until the end of the paid duration cycle.

6. Platform Rights & Intellectual Property

The layout, code, templates, and branding elements of Adspero are protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded banner assets, but grant us a royalty-free license to render and display them in selected categories on the public frontend.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to optimize search discoverability and guarantee high ad availability, Adspero does not warrant that ad campaigns will lead to specific customer conversions, sales volumes, or merchant revenues. We are not liable for any lost sales, business interruptions, or transaction disputes between advertisers and their customers.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here and take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes arising from the use of Adspero shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria.
