1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you browse websites. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, save user preferences, and provide analytics data to site owners.

2. How Adspero Uses Cookies

We use cookies, tracking pixels, and session tokens for the following purposes:

  • Authentication & Session: To keep you logged into your advertiser dashboard as you navigate different pages.
  • Search & Filters: To remember your selected search terms, category filters, and sorting selections.
  • Performance & Speed: Caching resource paths and static files to ensure fast page load speeds.
  • Security & Verification: To protect forms against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) tokens.
  • Traffic Analytics: Tracking how visitors browse public pages (such as views, durations, and exit counts) to optimize layout discoverability.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Cookie Type Purpose Lifespan
Essential Cookies Secure user login sessions, CSRF verification, and system status markers. Required for site operations. Session / 2 hours
Preference Cookies Remember search filters, selected categories, and sorting preferences. 1 month
Analytical Tracking Google Analytics (GA4) measurement keys to collect anonymous browsing demographics and usage statistics. Up to 2 years
Advertising Pixels Meta Pixel tracking tags used to evaluate traffic conversion rates and perform remarketing. 180 days

4. Tracking Pixels and Conversion Tags

Our platform integrates third-party marketing tags configured in Settings, such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tags allow us to measure ad interactions and conversion effectiveness. They register actions anonymously. Advertisers may disable custom pixels in their target landing pages.

5. Managing and Disabling Cookies

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can manage your preferences through:

  • Cookie Banner: Choose to accept all cookies or reject optional analytical tracking when you first load the site.
  • Browser Settings: You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or prompt you before accepting cookies. Check your browser's Help menu (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) for details.

Please note that if you reject essential cookies, some sections of the Advertiser Dashboard may not load or authenticate correctly.
